About the role
We are seeking an outstanding Associate to join our Strategy&Ops team, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute to the strategic success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or a similar role, with 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier firm. A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, the energy to take on exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of excellence are essential to succeed in this role.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Strategy & Operations on shaping and executing the company’s most important strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of key operational projects aimed at optimizing processes and enabling scalable growth.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across business operations.
- Support cross-functional teams with data analysis, business modeling, and process design to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
What you’ll need

- We are a small, compact and very senior team. Our executive team has been behind the growth and internationalization of several companies. Right now, there are 30 of us on the team.
