About the role

We are looking for a Head of Real Estate for our team to lead the strategic growth, investment, and operational optimization of our real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong legal and financial background, capable of identifying high-value investment opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and driving long-term asset value creation.


What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the real estate strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and secure high-potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for acquisitions, leases, joint ventures, and asset management agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, operations, revenue, and design teams to maximize asset profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, P&L statements, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with national and regional regulatory frameworks while optimizing operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, implementing strategies for asset repositioning and value enhancement.


What you’ll need

  • Degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Real Estate, with additional qualifications in Real Estate Law or Investment.
  • 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, or Business Development, preferably within Hospitality or Flex sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading complex negotiations and structuring high-value real estate deals.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in financial modeling, cash flow projections, and investment analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements at both national and regional levels.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive industry network, including investors, property managers, brokers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and ability to travel as needed.
