About the role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team at VIVLA. You’ll be responsible for presenting our co-ownership model, and closing deals that drive sustainable growth. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven person who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage qualified leads and guide them through the final stages of the sales process.
- Present VIVLA’s co-ownership model clearly and persuasively, adapting your pitch to different buyer profiles.
- Build trust-based relationships with potential buyers and ensure a premium customer journey.
- Handle objections and lead negotiations to close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Keep your sales pipeline and CRM up to date with accurate activity and forecasting data. (We use Hubspot!)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to continuously improve our sales approach.
- Share client feedback to help refine our value proposition and positioning.
What you’ll need
- Proven track record in consultative selling and deal closing, ideally involving high-ticket products or services (e.g., real estate, luxury, finance).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire trust.
- Highly organized and target-driven, with a sense of ownership over results.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Fluency in Spanish; English is a plus but not required.
- A collaborative attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
