About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who can blend creativity and functionality to craft digital experiences that are not only beautiful, but truly meaningful. Someone who thinks in flows, systems and user journeys — and who enjoys turning complexity into elegant simplicity.
You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team working closely with Product, Tech, Brand and Business to create products that feel premium, thoughtful, and full of personality.
What you’ll do
- Design clean, elegant, and functional digital interfaces.
- Create user-first experiences that are innovative yet grounded in real needs.
- Prototype and validate ideas that solve real problems in beautiful, simple, and effective ways.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Brand and Business teams to build memorable products.
- Be involved in the full product lifecycle — from early conceptualization to the final pixel-perfect details.
What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone with aesthetic sensitivity and functional precision. Someone who knows that design is not just how it looks — it’s how it feels and works.
- A modern, adaptable design style with a clean but bold personality.
- Strong user-centered mindset — you want every click to make sense.
- You enjoy challenges and can move forward autonomously.
- Previous experience designing digital products for premium brands — ideally in real estate, lifestyle, architecture or luxury sectors.
Nice to have
- A brilliant portfolio that shows your thinking, your process, and your craft.
- Natural curiosity and a love for exploring new ideas.
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of UX, UI, interaction design and accessibility.
- Ability to move confidently in multidisciplinary environments.
- Talent for turning user insights into real, desirable solutions.
What we offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including market-rate salary. We also offer unique benefits, such as:
- Flexibility to work from home, a nice city-center office, or with flip-flops from the beach if that’s what you like.
- One remote work week every quarter and two annual VIVLA la VIDA offsite company parties.
- Free lunch at the office, including a team family lunch on Thursdays and weekly beer-filled All Hands.
- Working with excellent professionals is the best motivation. Here you’ll find a friendly bunch of entrepreneurs aiming to change the way people live.
- A carefully crafted and purpose-driven company culture with clear operating principles that you can help develop and enjoy, maximizing your performance.
- A leadership team that truly cares about a rich and balanced lifestyle for all employees, and a work environment that guarantees emotional safety and mental stability of all employees.
How is the team and our culture?
- We are a small, compact and very senior team. Our executive team has been behind the growth and internationalization of several companies. Right now, there are 30 of us on the team.
- At Vivla you will have the rare chance to work in a vibrant and energizing start-up culture with flat hierarchies and clear core values. We have no space for arrogance, empty corporate bureaucracy, lack of empathy or mistreatment.
- We treat people as we would treat our family, for real, and we also believe that people should have fun, flexibility and good perks, but knowing that hard work is very important to build something great (mental health friendly :-)
- We have a large kitchen in the office and every Thursday a couple cooks for the rest.
