About the role

We are looking for a Senior Real Estate – Acquisitions professional to join our Real Estate team and help identify, analyze, and evaluate prime residential opportunities across Spain. If you're passionate about architecture and urban development, but also have a solid financial mindset and enjoy diving deep into the value behind every square meter, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key part in shaping VIVLA’s residential portfolio, combining technical due diligence, economic analysis, and market intelligence to ensure every acquisition meets our standards of excellence and long-term vision.


What you’ll do

- Identify and analyze new acquisition opportunities in the vacation and prime residential segment.

- Conduct technical and financial valuations of assets, combining architectural insight with business acumen.

- Support negotiations with brokers, owners, and agents throughout the deal process.

- Assist in due diligence processes: technical, legal, and urban planning.

- Coordinate with the development and design teams to assess the full potential of each opportunity.


What you’ll need

- Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture or similar – with strong financial understanding.

- 4–8 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset analysis or property valuations.

- Solid knowledge of the Spanish residential market, especially prime and vacation areas.

- Advanced skills in Excel (financial modeling), GIS, and asset valuation tools.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.

- Spanish fluency is required; English fluency is a strong plus.

- Based in Madrid
