About the role
At VIVLA, we are creating a global brand that will redefine consumer experiences and hospitality within the premium real estate sector. As VP of Marketing, you have the unique opportunity to build from scratch an iconic, modern, and aspirational brand that radically transforms how people enjoy the luxury and exclusivity of second homes in extraordinary destinations. We are looking for someone with passion, strategic vision, and boldness, capable of crafting a powerful and compelling narrative that resonates with discerning clients worldwide. Success in this role requires mastering diverse channels such as social ads, influencers, referral marketing, branding, and PR. You'll face exciting challenges, from expanding into new international markets to designing unforgettable experiences that position VIVLA as a global leader in fractional ownership. What you’ll do
- Build and establish an iconic, modern, and aspirational global brand for VIVLA, focusing on redefining luxury vacation living in the premium real estate sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels, including social ads, influencers, referral marketing, branding, and PR, to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Lead the expansion into new international markets, designing unique experiences that position VIVLA as the global leader in fractional ownership and luxury second homes.
What you’ll need
- A strong passion for brand building, with strategic vision and boldness to lead the development of an innovative, market-leading luxury brand.
- Extensive experience in crafting compelling narratives and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals and global markets.
- Proven track record in managing global marketing teams, expanding into international markets, and driving results in the luxury or real estate sectors.

- We are a small, compact and very senior team. Our executive team has been behind the growth and internationalization of several companies. Right now, there are 30 of us on the team.
